Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Horsley

Early Morning Departure from Chennai to Horsley Hills (275 Km) we will have a quick Breakfast on the way and Arrival & Check in at AP Tourism Guest House, Horsley Hills . After refreshment will have a Lunch at AP Tourism Guest House, post lunch will go into the forest at Horsley Hills (3 to 4 hrs). returning hotel and have a evening tea refresh ourselves to attend the Campfire followed by dinner at the AP Tourism Guest House and Overnight at AP Tourism Guest Housein Horsley Hills

Day 2: Horsley

Early Morning Wake up followed by morning tea (Subject to availability) and get ready to Trek into the forest with packed breakfast (3 to 4 hrs), returning from the forest to Guest house to have a lunch, take some rest and Departure from Horsley Hills to face a new week

Package cost includes:

• Transport from selected spot at Chennai.
• Overnight stay accommodation at the Forest Guest House / Resort / Hotel / In open (subject to the location of the visit)
• Food as mentioned in the itinerary
• Basic Survival Ration, in case if trekking is involved
• Two bottles of drinking water (Additional requirement to be procured at own cost)
• Entry fee into the Reserve Forest
• Trek Guide charges
• Bonfire (Subject to feasibility & permission from concerned authorities)

Package cost exclude:

• Food other than mentioned in the itinerary
• Entry fee into any other places of visit
• Camera charges / Safari charges / Dharshan charges, etc
• Snacks during bonfire (can be organized at additional cost on prior information & subject to feasibility)
• Personal expenses, if any

Tour Includes

• All entrance fees & Inner Line Permission
• Transportation with transfers by Non A/c Vehicle
• Accommodation on twin sharing basis
• English speaking guide and Tour escort for groups.
• All excursion tours with entrance fees
• All Accommodation is provided on M. A. P
• Meals plan is fixed as per Hotel & Houseboats
• Tours exclude anything other than above will excludes.

Child Policy:

• 1-5 years charged 15% of the Packages on M.A.P plan without extra bed
• 5-12 years is charged 50% of the Packages with extra bed.
• 12 years above is charged as Adult Sharing in the same room.

Terms & Conditions:

• 50% of the tour cost should be paid as Registration.
• The balance tour cost should be paid 20 days prior to the departure.
• Any alterations in the itinerary can vary prices.

Cancellation Policy

• 21-15 days prior to the departure: 50% will be deducted
• 15-7 days prior to the departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be deducted
• 1 to 7 Days of the departure 100% of the tour cost will be deducted
